SOCIAL SMART MUSEUM AND TOURISM: AN INTEGRATED ENVIRONMENT IN CLOUD TO OFFER INNOVATIVE SERVICES OF SMART COMMUNITY TO THE VISITOR OF A CITY OF ART

he project involves the construction of ICT solutions with innovative technology to deliver a customized cultural experience. It will offer indept cultural content based on personal interests and individual suggestions and opportunities so as to optimize the timing of the visit and information on the flows and criticisims to facilitate the management of the stakeholders. There are three distinct areas of testing of the technologies and application modules made in the project in the three major cities of art: Venice, Florence and Rome.

The project will allow the visitor profiling and personalization of the tourism offer through the integration of data from sensors such as RFID, i-beacons, cameras, GPS and social networks.

Tracking and user profiling will be carried out on a voluntary basis. Cameras and vision systems do not provide for the acquisition and detection of biometric data of individuals, but rather the calculation of elements of synthesis, such as crowding, the critical situations.
